When you buy or use the Paycheck Budget Planner from this website, you agree to these terms. They are between you and Larkspur Media.
What you are buying
A digital spreadsheet and a PDF guide, given to you as a download. The price is ₹299 unless it says something else at checkout.
What you may do with it
- The planner is for your own personal use.
- Please do not resell, share, sub-license or publish the file, or give copies to other people. The design and formulas stay our property.
- You are welcome to make backup copies and to change your own copy for your own budgeting.
Not financial advice
The planner is a budgeting tool. It does math on the numbers you type in. It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it cannot know everything about your life. Any choices you make with it are your own.
Refunds
Our full money-back guarantee is on the Refunds & Cancellation page, and it is part of these terms.
Liability
We give you the planner "as is" and we do our best to keep it correct and working. As far as the law allows, the most we can owe you is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the law that cannot be taken away.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms now and then. The version on this page is the current one. These terms follow the laws of India, and any dispute will go to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
