If the planner does not help you, email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. No forms, no reason needed, and the file stays yours either way.

The Paycheck Budget Planner is a digital product. It costs ₹299. If, within 30 days of buying it, you feel it did not give you a clearer answer than you had before — for any reason — write to us and we will give back 100% of what you paid.
We would rather refund ten people than keep one person quietly unhappy. You have a full 30 days, and we ask no questions.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@larkspurmedia.co from the email you used to buy.
- Add your order or payment number if you have it (it is in your payment email). It helps us find you faster, but it is not a must.
- You do not need to explain. "It did not help" is enough.
How and when you get your money back
Refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once we say yes, they are usually processed within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank or card company.
Cancellation
This is a digital file you get at once. There is no plan to cancel and nothing is charged again and again. You pay one time. If you change your mind before you download it, the refund terms above still apply.
